Our Story
Noor Popcakes started as a family dream. We cook the way we feed our own children: fresh ingredients, generous portions, and flavors that make people slow down and smile.
Barakah means blessing. Every plate is prepared with that intention, from our signature mini pancakes to our southern soul food plates and our Barakah Frizz drinks.
Food brings people together. That is why we cook to order, and why we love catering gatherings across our community.
Meet Our Founder
Keyoka Russo, also known as Koko
I am Keyoka Russo, also known as Koko Russo, founder of Noor Popcakes & Barakah Frizz LLC.
This business was inspired by my two daughters, Autumn and Naomi Russo. It is truly majestic that these two girls, ages 8 and 9, were the ones who suggested starting an online store. I am so happy that I moved forward with their dream and vision.
We are a mother and daughter owned company, and we recently began building our online store to share our food with more families. Everything we make is 100% halal soul food, and our menu includes kosher, gluten free, vegan, organic, and South Asian inspired dishes.

Our Halal Commitment
Everything we serve is 100% halal. We source halal certified meats, keep our preparation clean and separate, and never bring pork or alcohol into our kitchen.
Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free guests are welcome. Many of our soul food favorites are fully plant based, and we are happy to guide you to the right plate.

Riadul manages our social media presence, creates engaging content, and showcases our brand to our customers. He is passionate about bringing creative ideas to life through photography, video, and digital marketing while helping Noor Popcakes grow and build a strong connection with our community.
Autumn Russo
Co-Founder & Junior Chef
Autumn is the creative spark who helped dream up Noor Popcakes at age nine. She loves cooking beside her mom, testing new mini pancake flavors, and welcoming every guest with a smile.
Naomi Russo
Co-Founder & Junior Chef
Naomi joined her big sister in imagining the business at age eight. She brings joy to every kitchen session and reminds us that the best meals are made with love, patience, and a little sparkle.
